About
As a registered dietitian with over a decade of experience in both the hospital and clinic setting, I am fortunate to have been able to see individuals across the human lifespan; from 22 week premise to 101 year old hospice patients. However, the majority of my experience is in pediatrics where I specialized in cerebral palsy and muscular dystrophy in addition to weight management. Although I love working with kiddos, I also enjoy working with adults and hold a certificate of training in Obesity and Weight Management for both adults and pediatrics.
Approach to Care
I have a patient-centered approach to care that is unique to each of my clients. This means that I make recommendations based on your unique needs and goals. I take into account your socio, cultural, and economic needs, as well as your dietary preferences along the way. I truly want you to succeed and the best way to make that happen is to individualize your care.
What to Expect
Since nutrition goals take time to meet, I want to make sure I have all of the information I need to set you up for success! So, we will spend our first session getting to know each other, going over expectations, discussing your medical and food related history, and discussing how to make goals.

Education
San Francisco State University for Bachelor of Science in nutrition and dietetics, followed by dietetic internship and Master of Arts with an emphasis in nutrition from San Francisco State University as well
Hobbies
I have a rich creative life when I'm not seeing patients. I make fantasy crowns and masks for masquarade balls and sell them at artisan markets. I love spending time outdoors with my family exploring hidden desert spots. And I love spending time with my cats and dogs; watching my smart cat lure my slow dog into situations where he gets in trouble. It's the best entertainment!
