About
In my experience, nutrition and other holistic therapies can be some of the most powerful tools available to prevent, limit, and treat disease. These tools have helped me improve my own health and thrive so that I can live the life I want. I have made it my mission to help others heal, just as I have. I truly believe that the key to optimal well-being lies in addressing one’s whole self and all aspects of one’s life. To do this sustainably, we need to find balance with non-judgmental self-love instead of expecting rigid perfection. While guiding you towards your goals, I am here to provide unique insights, support, and motivation and to help you overcome any challenges along the way.
Approach to Care
As a registered dietitian with a holistic approach, I help you achieve optimal health by addressing the whole self: body, emotional and mental health, social connection, sleep, stress management, and spirituality. Symptoms function to communicate with us and push us towards action. When we learn to listen to our bodies, we can give them what they need to thrive. By establishing healthy habits and lifestyle changes rather than dieting, we can find a sustainable balance that fits our lives. Once we find this balance, our bodies are empowered to repair, heal, and give us a better life experience.
What to Expect
During the initial session, we will get to know each other better and assess your health goals, diet, and lifestyle. Through interactive conversation, I guide you towards practical solutions that fit your lifestyle. On a step-by-step basis, we work on individualized tools and healthy habits relating to nutrition, sleep, stress, energy, digestion, and any other factors that influence your well-being. To facilitate sustainable behavior change, at the end of each session, you will leave with clear and attainable goals that you will work on between sessions.
