I'm a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a focus on heart disease, diabetes and overall well-being. I help people to take a look at their lifestyles and find sustainable ways to improve their health using clinical and evidenced-based information. It is my aim for you to be empowered to take ownership of your health and have lasting, positive outcomes.

Approach to Care

My approach is to come along side you on your journey to better health. We will gain knowledge on how certain conditions affect one's body, explore ways to counteract the effects and adapt those solutions as much as possible to fit your lifestyle and circumstances.

What to Expect

On your first visit, you can expect to be heard. We will discuss why you are there and look at your medical history, lab results, food preferences and daily patterns. We will devise some first steps for you to implement and build upon going forward.

Sarah earned both her Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Nutrition from the University of North Carolina Greensboro.

Hobbies

I adore all things involving cooking - from learning how to make dishes from various cuisines around the world, to watching cooking and baking competition shows. I enjoy travelling and taking the time to notice the beautiful things in my everyday life.
