Sandy’s journey as a Registered Dietitian started while as a fitness competitor. Throughout her participation in fitness competitions, she leveraged nutrition and exercise to achieve peak performance. This experience taught her the importance of a mindful transition from the rigors of competition to reestablishing a balanced and healthy relationship with food.
