About
I'm a Registered Dietitian who also has my Master's in Public Health because I believe that our health is made up of more than just our individual choices, it's also the environment around us and the systems at large. I am LGBTQIA+ identified, utilize a whole-person approach, and strive to create a safe compassionate space of support in every session, regardless of your background.
Approach to Care
I use a Health-at-Every-Size (HAES) approach that is patient-centered, trauma-informed, and always evidenced-based. I aim to focus on what can we add to your life, not take away, to make long-lasting, sustainable changes that feel good in your body!
What to Expect
Our first session together will begin with a deep dive about you, your health history and as always be a collaborative space to create goals together. I will ask you about your nutritional history, relationship with food and exercise, lifestyle habits, patterns, stress, and look over any available lab work. My goal is that you to leave feeling confident in the plan we made and know what next steps to take.
