About

I am a registered dietitian specializing in functional nutrition, passionate about helping clients understand the power of nutrition and how it supports strength, mobility, and overall wellness. I believe whole-health nutrition should fit into your life — not the other way around. My work blends the latest evidence-based nutrition with your lived experience to create an approach that feels sustainable, personalized, and realistic. Together, we build a nutrition practice as unique as you are.

Approach to Care

I identify as an “add-in” dietitian, believing that meaningful change starts with building on what is already working rather than focusing on restriction. My approach is rooted in meeting you where you are, creating a strong and sustainable foundation that helps you feel confident in making lasting changes over time. Every recommendation is grounded in evidence-based practice with one simple goal: to help you feel better, stronger, and more supported in your everyday life.

What to Expect

Our first session is a collaborative deep dive into your health, lifestyle, nutrition habits, and the factors that have shaped your experience so far. I want to understand not only what has felt challenging or limiting, but also what excites and motivates you about your health so we can create solution-driven goals that feel empowering and sustainable. You can expect thoughtful conversation, evidence-based guidance, and practical next steps that help you leave feeling supported, confident, and clear on how to move forward.

Rachel earned her Bachelors of Science in Dietetics, Nutrition, and Food Science from the University of Vermont.

Hobbies

When I am not talking about my special interest- nutrition, you can find me skiing, lifting weights, or refusing to get out of the water somewhere. I love cooking for my friends and family and adore any event where I can create a themed table scape.
