About
I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Certified Professional Cook, and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor. I believe that people can find a peaceful relationship with food and their bodies when they have a compassionate listener and guide someone who comes alongside them, supports them, and champions their efforts. I am especially passionate about helping individuals who are seeking freedom from the endless cycle of dieting and rigid food rules. I focus on getting to the root of the “why” behind food behaviors, which allows us to create sustainable, healthy habits and life rhythms that truly nourish both body and mind.
Approach to Care
I take a collaborative, personalized approach that focuses on education rather than restriction. Together, we explore the underlying reasons symptoms are occurring and develop realistic, sustainable strategies using nutrition, lifestyle changes, and targeted supplementation when needed. My work centers on supporting blood sugar balance, hormones, gut health, and stress resilience, while always respecting your culture, preferences, and day to day life. No cookie cutter plans and no shame around food, ever.
What to Expect
In each session, you can expect a supportive, judgment free conversation focused on your goals and concerns. We will review your symptoms, health history, and current habits to understand what is driving how you feel. Together, we will create realistic nutrition and lifestyle strategies that fit your life. You will leave with clear next steps, practical guidance, and a plan that feels sustainable, not restrictive.
