About
I’m a Registered Dietitian specializing in disordered eating, eating disorders, gastrointestinal health, diabetes, and overall wellness. I provide evidence-based nutrition guidance in both English and Spanish, with a focus on making recommendations practical, personalized, and sustainable. My goal is to help you build realistic habits that support long-term health and meaningful change.
Approach to Care
My approach is collaborative, individualized, and rooted in intuitive eating. I don’t believe in restrictive diets—instead, we work together to create realistic, sustainable goals that fit your unique needs and lifestyle. You can expect a supportive, non-judgmental space where we focus on long-term habits rather than quick fixes.
What to Expect
Our first session is all about getting to know you! We’ll review your health history, symptoms, current nutrition habits, lifestyle factors, and any available lab work, with plenty of space for you to share your experiences. From there, we’ll work together to outline a plan and identify topics for future sessions, so you feel supported and know what to expect moving forward.
