Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Michigan State University and a Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition from the University at Buffalo. In addition, she has received specialized training in lab interpretation, chronic disease management, and sustainable behavior change.
Hobbies
Outside of her work, Nicole enjoys exploring new hiking trails, experimenting with creative recipes, and finding new ways to make wellness simple and enjoyable. She believes that balance is key and loves discovering small, meaningful habits that make life healthier without adding stress.
