About

I’m a Registered Dietitian who helps adults build healthier, more sustainable relationships with food, without rigid rules, restrictive diets, or an all-or-nothing approach. I support patients with a variety of nutrition goals, including balanced eating, weight management, meal planning, emotional eating, and creating realistic habits that fit into everyday life. I believe nutrition should be individualized, practical, and enjoyable. During our sessions, we’ll work together to better understand your unique needs, preferences, lifestyle, and challenges. My goal is to provide evidence-based guidance in a supportive, judgment-free space while helping you build confidence in your food choices and make changes that feel achievable and lasting.

Approach to Care

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and individualized. Using evidence-based nutrition and intuitive eating principles, we’ll work together to create realistic, sustainable strategies that support your goals while building a more positive and confident relationship with food. I’ll meet you where you are, provide guidance without judgment, and help you make changes that feel practical and achievable for your lifestyle.

What to Expect

Our first session is a supportive, judgment-free opportunity to get to know you and better understand your health history, nutrition habits, lifestyle, goals, and unique needs. Through a personalized nutrition assessment, we’ll build rapport and work together to establish individualized goals that feel realistic and meaningful to you. If you’re ready, we’ll also explore relevant nutrition education and practical next steps at a pace that feels comfortable and manageable.
