About

Randi is a Registered Dietitian with a strong passion for helping individuals break free from diet culture and cultivate a more peaceful relationship with food and their bodies. Through a non-diet, weight inclusive philosophy, Randi enjoys providing the tools and support to clients so that they can learn to nourish their bodies in a safe, non-judgmental, and enjoyable way. She believes that through integrating the principles of intuitive eating and health at every size, everyone can and deserves to achieve food freedom along with achieving their individual health goals.

Approach to Care

Randi understands that every individual's journey is unique. She aspires to create a safe and non-judgmental space where you can explore your relationship with food and your body without fear. Randi uses a holistic and compassionate approach rooted in the latest scientific research and the firm belief that health is about much more than just a number on the scale. Through personlized nutrition education, guidance, and goal-setting, Randi will empower you to make informed choices to help meet your goals.

What to Expect

In your initial session, you'll have the opportunity for Randi to really get to know you. Randi will create a safe space for you to share information regarding your medical history, dietary habits/preferences, as well as your individual nutrition goals and more. The session will conclude with an outline of what it will be like to work with Randi, along with some time for you to ask any questions of your own.

Hobbies

I love to travel as much as possible and enjoy doing yoga, going on long walks around my neighborhood, discovering new coffee shops/restaurants in Chicago and petting dogs (hoping to get one of my own sometime soon!). I also love to read but usually you can find me cozied up on the couch after work watching rom coms and/or bad reality TV.
