About

Mindy is an empathetic registered dietitian who works to create a judgement free zone where everyone feels heard. She has been a dietitian for over 13 years and even an accountant for several years prior to changing her career. She loves talking nutrition and spreadsheets!

Approach to Care

Mindy uses a person first/person centered approach that is consistent with intuitive eating and mindfulness techniques so each person feels heard without guilt or shame and is able to collaborate on goals relevant to their lives and needs.

What to Expect

Mindy's goal is to be a team and collaborate at each session building a relationship together. We will spend our initial session discussing your goals and what you would like to accomplish. You are the expert of your care so we will discuss what works well for you versus challenges you are facing to determine our plan of care.
