About

I’m a Registered Dietitian with a passion for helping people build a healthier, more sustainable relationship with food. I have experience working with a wide range of needs, including weight management, mindful eating, chronic conditions, and sports nutrition. I believe nutrition care should be personalized to each person’s goals, preferences, and lifestyle.

Approach to Care

My approach is collaborative and practical, focusing on realistic changes that can fit into your everyday life rather than restrictive or one-size-fits-all recommendations. I prioritize setting small, realistic goals that we can build on over time. I value open communication and feedback to approach change in way that works best for you.

What to Expect

Our first session is focused on collecting history. We’ll review your health history, symptoms, diet history/nutrition habits, lifestyle factors, and any available lab work. This your time to share anything specific you would like to accomplish or focus on while working together. By the end of the visit, you’ll leave with practical next steps, personalized recommendations, and a plan that feels realistic—not overwhelming.
