About

Megan is a Registered Dietitian with over 12 years of experience and is passionate about helping you establish good nutrition so that you can soar in your purpose. After going through her own health journey, she embraces a holistic approach by addressing stress, sleep, hormone balance, and your relationship with your food and body, in addition to nutrition. Understanding that every body is different in needs and reactions to foods, she creates personalized nutrition programs that promote life-long habits and changes that create whole, optimal health outcomes.

Approach to Care

Using evidence based methods with a functional medicine approach to care, she will help you use all the tools in the tool box to help you get to where you want to go. She will guide you, challenge you, and walk alongside you during your entire journey. She believes in the additive method of putting things into your diet, routine, and/or life that will add life to your years. Shame and fear don't belong here.

What to Expect

Just like any good relationship, we will get to know you during your first session - from your desires, expectations, past health history, routines of life and eating, and life stresses. From that information about you, we will map out what your program could look like and set expectations for both coach and client. We are out for progression, not perfection from the start. It will be like a first personal training session - gets the muscles warmed up, but we'll keep adding things slowly to grow your body of knowledge and habits.
