Madeline is a registered dietitian who is passionate about helping individuals achieve their personal goals and feel empowered to be in control of their own nutrition journey. She has experience in all levels of eating disorder treatment across all age groups. Madeline has a background in athletics and utilizes this to foster resilience and strength in her clients.
Approach to Care
Madeline approaches each session with curiosity and drive to understand her clients struggles. She provides a safe space for all individuals to create and define their own defintion of health. Madeline utilizes a non-diet, food freedom approach to nutritional counseling to ensure sustainable change and outcomes.
What to Expect
In your first session, Madeline will aim to foster a supportive and enjoyable space. This session will be all about you - take some time to take care of you and bring your initial nutritional concerns. Madeline will continue gathering information throughout the session to paint a better picture of who you are as a person, what your day-to-day is, and your health history. Expect to leave the session feeling heard and having a clearer picture of your own goals going forward.

Hobbies
In Madeline's free-time you will find her cheering in the Detroit Lions with her dog Ginny or taking a walk around the lakes in Minneapolis. She LOVES Vermont and Colorado. She spends most of her travel time skiing or golfing. Madeline is extremely passionate about finding the best bagel place, pastry shop, and vanilla latte wherever she goes.
