About

Maddie is a Registered Dietitian dedicated to helping people reach their goals and feel inspired and empowered. She is committed to improving people's quality of life and helping them become what they view as the best, healthiest version of themselves through diet and lifestyle changes.

Approach to Care

Maddie’s approach to nutrition is highly individualized. She is committed to finding what works best for you. She believes in a personalized, not one-size-fits-all, approach, creating a plan tailored to your unique needs and lifestyle. Meeting you where you are, she embraces the "all foods fit" philosophy, helping you build a healthier, more balanced relationship with food.

What to Expect

During your first session, Maddie will get to know you and gather information about you so she can best tailor her nutrition plan to you and your health goals. You may be asked questions about medical/diet history, relationship with food, exercise habits, other lifestyle questions and more! This is an opportunity for her to get to know you but also you to get to know her so you can best work together toward your goals!
