About
I'm a Registered Dietitian specializing in Sports Nutrition and Women's Health. My work is evidence-based and considers all factors of health and well-being. My goal is for you to feel informed and motivated to lead a happy, healthy life.
Approach to Care
My approach is warm, nonjudgmental, and educational, with a focus on sustainable change rather than quick fixes. I rely on current evidence to guide clear, practical recommendations while honoring your experiences and goals. I'll teach the why behind suggestions so you'll feel confident making choices long-term, and we'll set manageable steps together.
What to Expect
Our first session is a deep dive where we will review your medical history, lab work, lifestyle, daily routine, eating patterns, exercise schedule, and what has or has not worked in the past. You can expect a relaxed environment with thoughtful questions and explanations, as well as room for you to freely share your needs. Together, we will translate information into practical next steps, with a clear, achievable plan guided by your goals.
