About
My compassion-driven practice uses evidence-based nutrition care to support sustainable, long-term health outcomes through a whole-body approach. By combining clinical, community, and culinary nutrition expertise, I provide individualized care tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals. I specialize in supporting individuals recovering from eating disorders and disordered eating, including emotional eating and binge eating, while also helping clients improve diabetes management, cardiovascular health, gastrointestinal health, weight management, and overall wellness.
Approach to Care
My approach to nutrition care is grounded in compassion, empathy, and curiosity. Together, we will explore the experiences and patterns that have shaped your relationship with food while building sustainable habits that align with your current needs and goals. By integrating evidence-based medical nutrition therapy with mindfulness, intuitive eating, and the Plate-by-Plate approach, I provide individualized, whole-person care that supports healing relationships with food, improves overall well-being, and fosters realistic, lasting change. I also collaborate closely with other members of your care team to create a supportive, goal-centered foundation for long-term success.
What to Expect
Our first session is designed to build a deeper understanding of your relationship with food, including the experiences, beliefs, patterns, and challenges that may have shaped it over time. Together, we will explore your health history, current concerns, lifestyle, and personal goals while identifying potential barriers that may impact progress.

Hobbies
Outside of my practice, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my partner and our two dogs, attending silent meditation retreats, attending sports event, and creating nourishing meals for both me and my partner—and our dogs!
