About
Lindsay's favorite part about being a registered dietitian is using her expertise to inspire life-changing results for my clients. She offers tailored nutrition therapy, education, and counseling for overall health, weight management, and chronic conditions. Her approach blends goal-setting with evidence-based knowledge and practical tools to help you achieve and maintain a balanced lifestyle. She is incredibly passionate about chronic kidney disease (CKD), a preventable and fast-growing problem in the United States.
What to Expect
During your first session, Lindsay will get to know you by asking questions and listening carefully. Together, you will explore your health history, nutritional concerns, and the goals you want to achieve. Your initial session is the first step in building a collaborative relationship, where your input is highly valued, and a plan to help you move forward.
Approach to Care
Lindsay views her clients as individuals with unique circumstances and nutritional needs. She strongly advocates for self-compassion and flexibility when pursuing health goals. She also believes that making small, sustainable dietary changes can lead to BIG results.
