About

I’m a Registered Dietitian specializing in women's health, gut health, metabolic wellness, and longevity. I take a whole-person approach, looking at how your nutrition, lifestyle, and daily habits may be impacting your symptoms so we can create a plan that actually fits your life. My goal is to help you feel heard, supported, and confident in how you’re caring for your body while making healthy living feel enjoyable and sustainable.

Approach to Care

My approach is personalized, collaborative, and focused on building sustainable health habits. I look beyond just food to support areas like digestion, hormones, stress, and daily routines, so we’re addressing the full picture of your health. Together, we’ll create realistic strategies that feel doable and support both your current symptoms and long-term wellbeing.

What to Expect

Our first session is all about getting to know you and your story. We’ll take a deeper look at your health history, current symptoms, nutrition and lifestyle habits, goals, and any available lab work. You’ll have the space to feel fully heard, and you can expect thoughtful questions, clear explanations, and a collaborative approach as we begin connecting the dots. By the end of the visit, you’ll walk away with personalized next steps and a plan that feels supportive, realistic, and not overwhelming.
