About

I’m a Registered Dietitian specializing in women’s health, gut health, sports nutrition, and sustainable nutrition strategies that support long-term wellness. My approach combines evidence-based nutrition with a compassionate, whole-person perspective to help clients improve their relationship with food, increase energy, and feel stronger and more confident in their daily lives. My passion for nutrition also comes from navigating my own personal health challenges, which deepened my understanding of how individualized and supportive care impacts overall well-being.

Approach to Care

My approach is collaborative, realistic, and centered around creating sustainable habits, not perfection or restriction. I believe every person’s body, lifestyle, and health history are unique, so I work closely with clients to develop personalized strategies that support their goals while still allowing flexibility and balance. I focus heavily on education, behavior change, and helping clients feel empowered and supported throughout the process.

What to Expect

Our first session is a supportive, judgment-free conversation focused on understanding you as a whole person. We’ll review your health history, current nutrition habits, lifestyle, symptoms, goals, and any challenges you’ve faced so we can create a personalized plan that feels realistic and manageable. You’ll leave with clear next steps, practical recommendations, and a better understanding of how nutrition can be integrated into your life in a sustainable, supportive way.

Education

Kylee earned her BBA from The University of Wisconsin-Madison and her Master of Science degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Metropolitan State University of Denver.

Hobbies

Outside of work, I enjoy teaching and taking Pilates classes, strength training, and spending as much time as possible enjoying all that Colorado has to offer. I love being outdoors, especially taking my dog on hikes, skiing, and spending time in the mountains. I also enjoy baking (especially sourdough), cooking, hosting dinner parties for friends and family.
