About
Kristin Woodbury is a board-certified,licensed registered dietitian. Kristin offers a positive, non-diet, and weight-inclusive approach to nutrition by focusing on building a healthy relationship with food, making lifestyle changes, goal setting and problem solving to overcome barriers. She believes in staying positive, and that it’s never too late to make lifestyle changes that can lead to you feeling your best. Kristin became a dietitian after the experience of caregiving in high school for her grandmother who battled Alzheimer's Disease. At the time she did not know the role nutrition could play in preventing and managing disease and this inspired her to be positive and help others.

Kristin's approach to care is positive and supportive. She is non-judgemental in her approach and listens to understand you. She values her time with her clients and works to find best solutions for your everyday challenges with nutrition. She collaborates with your care team to ensure the strongest support.
What to Expect
Our first session is Kristin's opportunity to learn about how she can support you best with your nutrition goals. She wants to learn about you! You can expect a safe, non-judgemental place to discuss any experiences with your health and nutrition from past or present. Kristin will ask questions covering variety of topics to accomplish this such as health history, healthcare team and what nutrition looks like in a day.

Kristin enjoys camping, hiking, running, and being outdoors with her 2 dogs. In her free time she enjoys traveling and cooking new dishes.
