About

As a dedicated and compassionate dietitian, Kristin specializes in helping her clients achieve their health and wellness goals through personalized nutrition and lifestyle changes. With a deep understanding that each individual’s dietary needs are unique, she tailors her approach to suit her client’s specific lifestyle, health conditions and goals. Kristin focuses on promoting intuitive eating and fostering a positive relationship with food, helping her clients to listen to their body’s cues and develop a more balanced and mindful approach to eating.

Approach to Care

Kristin enjoys collaborating with her clients and supporting them on their journey towards making sustainable lifestyle changes. She believes health is an umbrella term that relies on the balance of nutritional, mental, social, emotional, physical and spiritual wellness. She whole heartedly believes that food is information for our cells and what we eat influences how we show up in life. Everyone’s journey is unique and Kristin will help you to work on habit changes that meet your specific long-term goals.

What to Expect

In the first session, Kristin will take the time to learn more about you. She will gather details related to medical/health history, blood work, current dietary patterns, food/fluid intake and other aspects that help her better understand where you are in your nutrition journey and what specific areas you are interested in learning more about. In follow up sessions, Kristin will help you set small achievable goals that will act as stepping stones into building healthier habits/lifestyle changes.
