About

Kelly Minarick is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor who takes a holistic, person-centered approach to nutrition. Her work blends behavior change coaching, mindset work, and mind-body practices to help clients build sustainable health habits that support both physical and mental well-being. While she practices from a weight-neutral, non-diet foundation, Kelly’s approach extends beyond food alone to include lifestyle, stress, recovery, and functional lab insights when appropriate. As someone who struggled with disordered eating for more than a decade, Kelly found immense healing through the Intuitive Eating framework and continues to use those principles as a foundation for helping clients build trust with their bodies while pursuing performance, long-term health, and well-being goals.

Approach to Care

Kelly helps clients find a way of eating and training that works for them as an individual, taking into account personal preferences, access to food, health history, lifestyle demands, and goals. She has a particular passion for helping clients improve their relationship with food, heal from disordered eating patterns, and shift body image toward a focus on strength, function, and body composition rather than weight alone. Her work often integrates muscle building, sports nutrition principles, and metabolic health, especially for people who enjoy training but don’t identify as traditional athletes.

What to Expect

Expect a low-pressure, conversational session where we get to know you, your history, and what’s actually realistic for your life. We’ll talk through your goals, patterns, and what’s been working (and not working), without judgment. I’ll help you start building a plan that feels doable, while also holding you accountable in a supportive way. You can expect honesty, some humor, and a focus on progress over perfection, with space for both structure and self-compassion.

When Kelly isn’t seeing clients, you can find her getting her zen on at a yoga studio, chasing a new PR in the gym, or hanging at home with her goldendoodle, Ollie. She loves astrology and will gladly talk your ear off about your astrological blueprint if you know your birth time.
