About
I am a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Education Specialist with a special interest in Women's Health. I have a strong clinical background and focus on real-life results.
Approach to Care
My approach to nutrition is individualized, collaborative, and based on balance. I provide personalized, practical guidance that will help you take control of your health. Small, daily changes can make huge improvements in long-term health.
What to Expect
Nutrition is not "one size fits all." During your first visit, I will spend time really getting to know you. We will discuss pertinent medical history and medications. I will also ask about lifestyle factors, food preferences, and goals.
Locations
Education
Kelly earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Master of Science in Nutrition from Texas Woman's University.
Hobbies
I have two teenage boys and enjoy being outside, whether it's working in my yard or hiking at a state park. I also love exploring local restaurants and trying new foods.
