About
I am a functional medicine practitioner and dietitian-nutritionist specializing in a wide variety of complex chronic issues including (but not limited to) gut health, hormone balance, autoimmune conditions, food sensitivities, thyroid health, optimal energy/sleep, etc. I use an in depth, whole body approach utilizing functional diagnostic testing to uncover the root causes behind many vague symptoms or conditions that are oftentimes missed by conventional screenings. Your labs, symptoms, lifestyle, and lived experience all matter and my goal is to help you feel informed, supported, and confident in your body again.

My approach is collaborative, individualized, and rooted in education. We will focus on understanding why symptoms are happening and build sustainable strategies around nutrition, lifestyle and targeted supplementation when appropriate. My clinical expertise is in developing natural, personalized lifestyle medicine approaches to optimize your health while using an evidence based, comprehensive approach to improve your health and wellness.

We’ll review your health history, symptoms, cycle patterns, nutrition habits, lifestyle factors, and any available lab work you've already completed. You can expect thoughtful questions, clear explanations, and a space to be heard. By the end of the visit, you’ll leave with practical next steps, personalized recommendations, and a plan that feels realistic, not overwhelming

Dr. Kelly Bay DNM, DC, CNS, CDN is a doctor of natural medicine, doctor of chiropractic, certified nutrition specialist and dietician earning her Doctor of Natural Medicine, Doctor of Chiropractic, Master's in Human Nutrition with a focus in Functional Medicine and Bachelor of Science in GS: Natural Sciences & Mathematics degrees from the University of Bridgeport.
Hobbies
I’m an avid meditator who values balance and mindfulness in daily life. I enjoy cooking and hosting for friends and family, and staying active through walking, pilates, paddle boarding and kayaking. I’m also an animal lover and spend much of my free time with my two dogs.
