About
I'm a Registered Dietitian specializing in chronic disease management, particularly diabetes and kidney disease, as well as general nutrition care. l strive to combine evidence-based practice with genuine human connection, believing that effective treatment begins with a listening ear. Together, we can build a sustainable nutrition plan tailored to your individual needs, goals, and lifestyle.
Approach to Care
My approach is tailored to the individual, recognizing that meaningful, long-term change is a process that takes time- not something that is built overnight. I will meet you where you are and provide support every step of the way, with no judgement, no shame, and no expectation of perfection. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients are heard and empowered, combining evidenced-based nutrition education with empathy and understanding.
What to Expect
Our first session together involves getting to know you as a person, reviewing your nutrition and lifestyle habits, medical conditions/health history, and pertinent lab work. Using this information, we will come up with a nutrition plan and goals that make sense for you as the unique person you are. Nutrition is not one-size-fits-all- we will come up with a sustainable plan that sets the foundation for lasting change.

Hobbies
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors and soaking in all that nature has to offer- particularly the beach and golden hour sunsets. At home, you can often find me curled up on the couch with my cat, Harley, a good book, and a hot cup of coffee.
