Kara earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics from Indiana University and her Master of Science degree in Medical Pediatric Nutrition from Saint Louis University

Hobbies

In my free time, I enjoy cooking new recipes and baking, especially sourdough. I love practicing yoga and spending time outdoors, whether that's working in my garden or simply enjoying nature.
