About

Julia was interested in pursuing a career as a Registered Dietitian after learning the vital role nutrition plays in both curing and preventing illnesses. Julia promotes individualized nutrition and prides herself on working one-on-one with clients to discover their individual needs. Through evidence-based practice and strong client relationships she provides her patients with the tools to reach their nutrition and lifestyle goals.

Approach to Care

Julia wants to make it easy for you to meet your goals. She takes her time to educate her patients about nutriiton so they have the tools to make sustainable changes. She will work with you to find what nutritional changes work specifically for your lifestyle.

What to Expect

During your first session, Julia will collect your medical history and conduct a detailed nutrition assessment. Her goal is to establish a relationship with you by understanding your individual needs, learning styles, and overall goals. Julia is keen on details and tries to collect as much information as she can to help uncover potential barriers to success as well as highlighting your strengths which will empower you to reach your goals as you embark on your nutrition journey.
