Julia became a Registered Dietitian because she saw how many people felt stuck in cycles of restriction, guilt, and frustration around food. She believes health should feel empowering, not punishing. With a focus on Intuitive Eating and sustainable behavior change, Julia helps clients move away from nutrition extremes and toward balance. Her sessions feel like real conversations. Supportive, honest, and grounded in strategies that work in everyday life.

Julia provides evidence-based, weight-inclusive nutrition care grounded in Intuitive Eating and sustainable behavior change. She supports an All Foods Fit philosophy and helps clients step out of rigid food rules and all-or-nothing patterns. Her approach is collaborative and goal-oriented. Julia works with clients to increase awareness of physical and emotional drivers of eating, strengthen self-trust, and create individualized strategies that align with their health goals and daily realities. The focus is on building consistency, not chasing perfection.
What to Expect
The first session is all about getting to know you. Julia will ask thoughtful questions to understand your health history, lifestyle, eating patterns, and what has or has not worked for you in the past. She will also explore your current goals and what feeling better with food and health looks like for you.

Julia earned her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Food and Nutrition Sciences from Ohio University.
Hobbies
Julia can usually be found testing new recipes, hunting for the perfect latte, walking her dog Oliver, or nose-deep in a good book. She also loves small adventures, traveling to new places, quirky home projects, and cozying up with a crochet hook or knitting needles to add a little fun to every day.
