Hi! I am a Registered Dietitian with over 20 years of experience supporting clients from a wide range of cultural and personal backgrounds. I am passionate about helping individuals take realistic, sustainable steps toward improving their health. I specialize in overall health and wellness, helping clients build long-term habits that fit their everyday lives. My expertise is in weight management, perimenopause and menopause, and working closely with teens and adults navigating body image concerns, emotional eating, and eating disorders. My approach is holistic and compassionate, recognizing the strong connection between nutrition, mental health, and chronic conditions. I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to health. I meet each client where they are, creating personalized, practical strategies that fit their lifestyle and support long-term well-being.

My approach is individualized and collaborative, with a focus on building sustainable habits over time. Together, we explore what’s going on beneath the surface and develop realistic, lasting strategies around nutrition and lifestyle. Whether your goal is improving your relationship with food, managing a health condition, or just feeling better in your body, we will work together to get you there. There is no one-size-fits-all plan. You’ll be supported in a compassionate, judgment-free space where you can feel comfortable exploring your relationship with food and working toward changes that truly last.
What to Expect
Your first session is focused on getting a full understanding of you, your health history, current symptoms, nutrition habits, lab work, and the lifestyle factors that play a role in how you feel day to day. This is also your time to talk things through, your questions, concerns, and goals are a huge part of this process. From there, we’ll start building a plan that actually makes sense for you and your life. You’ll leave the session with clear, realistic next steps and personalized recommendations so you feel supported, confident, and ready to move forward.
