About

Jessica is a Registered Dietitian who is passionate about helping people navigate the world of nutrition all while creating a happy, healthy relationship with food. Food does not replace medicine; however, she does believe that it can go a long way in preventing and managing diseases and conditions. Being “healthy” is a complex matter, which in her experience is best addressed using a holistic approach to ensure all aspects of health, such as lifestyle, food intake, access to food, stress, movement, and sleep are all being considered.

Approach to Care

Jessica uses a non-diet approach to help people develop a positive relationship with food and their body, resulting in a happier, healthier person. She believes that through gentle nutrition and following the principles of intuitive eating you can optimize your overall health all while becoming food-obsession free.

What to Expect

In your first session with Jessica, the focus will be on getting to know you and your health concerns. She will ask you a series of questions to better understand your past and current health status. Exploring your current eating patterns will help her better understand your relationship with food and your body. This session is the stepping stone to being able to create a plan of care focused on your individual needs.
