She loves working with children and adults alike and believes there is something to learn from every client she meets.
Approach to Care
Jenny strives to be a good listener and understand her clients' goals and struggles. She aims to provide easy to follow plans, helping her clients navigate through barriers along the way.
What to Expect
During the first session, Jenny will work to gain a good understanding of your health history, current status, and goals. She wants to answer all your nutrition questions and begin working on ideas of how she can help you reach your goals. She loves her clients to be engaged and involved with their health journey. Feel free to bring any and all ideas to the table.
