About
Holly is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Eating Disorder Speicalist (CEDS) who is passionate about assisting her clients find peace with food and their bodies. She uses a weight inclusive and non-judgemental approach to support her patients in breaking harmful cycles of dieting. Holly believes that all individuals are deserving of support and finding food freedom independent of race, sexual orientation, gender, body size, ability or ethnicity. Holly has multiple years of experience treating clients with eating disorders in higher levels of care including residential (RES) and partial hospitalization program (PHP). Holly works with a range of clients with eating disorders who have specialized needs and may have co-occurring disorders.
Approach to Care
Holly is a weight inclusive and non-diet dietitian. She uses a client-centered approach and She sees the importance of collaborating with you, as well as any outside care providers apart of the treatment team.
What to Expect
Our first session will be focused on learning more about you so that we can form a direction of care based on your individualized and unique needs to best support you. She will explore your current relationship with food, what has or hasn't worked in the past, potential barriers, and what you are hoping to get our of our sessions. Holly uses a collaborative approach and will work with you on forming sustainable goals and habits.You can expect a safe, trauma informed, and non-judgmental environment during your first session.

Education
Holly completed her Bachelor of Science degree at Bradley Univeristy and completed her Dietetic Internship and Masters of Arts degree at Ball State Univeristy. Holly also holds her Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS) certification.
Hobbies
Holly hobbies and interests include exploring new recipes/ cooking, trying new resturants or coffee shops, walking, and spending time with friends/family. She is quite the animal lover (especially cats!) - you might see her Siamese cat Thomas in the background of most sessions!
