About
My passion for nutrition grew from my own personal health journey. For over 10 years, I have followed a gluten- and dairy-free lifestyle to help manage IBS, which helped me recognize early on the strong connection between what we eat and how we feel. I believe everyone deserves to feel their best and to have an approach to eating that supports their health while still being realistic and enjoyable. This perspective guides my work as I help patients find personalized, sustainable strategies that fit their unique needs and lives.
Approach to Care
My approach to care is patient-centered, collaborative, and individualized. I believe there is no 'one-size-fits-all' approach to nutrition, so we'll work together to set realistic goals and create practical strategies that fit your lifestyle. My focus is on building sustainable habits that support long-term health, balance, and confidence with food.
What to Expect
Your first session is all about you! Nutrition can feel overwhelming, and my goal is to make it feel simpler and more supportive. We’ll spend time learning about your experiences, habits, goals, and the day-to-day factors that shape your relationship with food. My priority is to create a comfortable, judgment-free space where you feel heard and supported. I want to work together to develop realistic strategies that feel approachable and sustainable for you.
