About

Hey there! I’m Erin, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. I love helping people take control of their health with realistic, personalized nutrition real strategies that work for real life. My background includes working in both acute care and outpatient settings, where I've helped individuals navigate a wide range of health concerns. I’ve worked with clients managing Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes, pre-diabetes, women's health concerns, gastrointestinal conditions, hypertension, high cholesterol, metabolic syndrome, and more. Through these experiences, I’ve seen firsthand how the right mix of education, support, and encouragement can make a meaningful difference in someone’s health journey.

Approach to Care

When we work together, my goal is to meet you where you are and help you find an approach to nutrition that fits your life not the other way around. I focus on practical, realistic changes that feel sustainable, while providing the support, education, and encouragement you need to build healthy habits and reach your goals with confidence.

What to Expect

Our first session is really a chance for us to get to know each other. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to help uncover the experiences, goals, motivations, and challenges that have shaped your health journey so far. Together, we'll open the book on your story and identify the drivers that will help you move forward. We'll explore your health history, lifestyle, nutrition habits, and what success looks like to you. Most importantly, we'll focus on creating a foundation for long-term, sustainable change by finding strategies that align with your values, priorities, and everyday life. By the end of our session, you'll leave with a clearer understanding of your path forward and practical next steps that feel achievable and empowering.
