About
Erika is a Registered Dietitian passionate about learning, teaching, and helping clients build sustainable nutrition habits that support lives they feel good about. She uses a whole-body approach to understand each client’s health, lifestyle, and goals. Erika believes meaningful change happens through collaboration and authentic engagement in the counseling process.
Approach to Care
Erika approaches nutrition care as a collaborative process, working alongside clients to create a plan that feels realistic and empowering. She practices a whole-body approach that considers not only food, but also sleep, stress, mindset, and daily routines. Believing that health is not one-size-fits-all, she personalizes recommendations and encourages clients to express their preferences and limits openly. By taking a day-by-day approach, Erika helps clients build sustainable habits that support long-term well-being.
What to Expect
During your first session with Erika, you can expect a warm introduction and a thorough assessment of your current eating habits, lifestyle, and health history. She may ask thoughtful follow-up questions to better understand your routines, challenges, and goals. Together, you will discuss an initial plan of action, including next steps and recommendations for follow-up. You will also outline a long-term vision for your health and well-being, with time set aside to answer any questions you may have.
