Emily is a Registered Dietitian credentialed by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. She has worked with a variety of clients whose goals include weight loss, diabetes management, IBS symptom improvement, and infant and pediatric development.

Emily believes that each individual is unique and that improving health through diet and exercise should be a customized experience.
What to Expect
In our first session, I will spend some time getting to know you and your individual needs. From there, I will provide evidence-based guidelines that are realistic and attainable.

Emily earned her Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and Nutrition and Fitness and Health from Purdue University and completed her internship at Dominican University in River Forest, IL.
Hobbies
Emily loves going on hikes, walking the dogs, trying new recipes, and spending quality time with her family.
