About

I am a Registered Dietitian specializing in eating disorders, disordered eating and intuitive eating. I practice from a weight inclusive and non-diet lens and I love instilling confidence and knowledge in clients as they strive towards peace with food and body. I truly believe everyone is capable of cultivating body and food neutrality given the right tools and support.

Approach to Care

My approach is holistic, inclusive and creative. I am the nutrition expert, but you are the expert of your lived experience and together we will pursue evidence-based, sustainable and behavior focused solutions that best fit your unique needs and goals. I will never provide cookie cutter advice and want my clients to feel our work is collaborative not just prescriptive.

What to Expect

In our first session, I want to get to know you as an individual and learn about what brought you to nutrition counseling. We will carefully and thoroughly review eating patterns, health history and nutrition goals to best understand your story and values. I aim to build a meaningful client-provider relationship and create an empowering and judgement-free space to explore your relationship with food and body.

Devon earned her Bachelor of Science degree in dietetics from University of Minnesota.

Hobbies

My hobbies include bouldering, tennis, hiking, reading and bird watching. I love checking out new coffee shops and spending time with my two cats, Mochi and Luna.
