About

I am a passionate registered dietitian committed to helping people build a healthier, more confident relationship with food. I put my clients’ needs first and provide supportive, judgment-free nutrition guidance that is personalized, practical, and realistic for everyday life. I work with individuals who feel unsure about their nutrition needs and want clear, straightforward guidance on how to fuel their bodies with confidence. Many of my clients experience low energy, feel overwhelmed or confused by food choices, or struggle to consistently meet their nutrition goals.

Approach to Care

I take a patient-centered approach to care, prioritizing getting to know each individual so I can better understand their needs and goals. Building this connection makes it easier to strengthen nutrition knowledge in a way that feels practical and applicable to real life. My approach focuses on building sustainable habits, improving confidence around food choices, and creating routines that fit into everyday life. I also support clients in developing consistency with foundational nutrition practices, such as meeting protein needs and incorporating recommended supplements when appropriate.

What to Expect

Our first session is all about getting to know you. We’ll spend time building a comfortable, judgment-free space where you can feel at ease sharing your story. Together, we’ll review your health history, lifestyle, and any concerns or goals you have around food and nutrition. We’ll take a deep look at your current eating habits, routines, and challenges, and begin identifying realistic, sustainable ways to support your health. Rather than overwhelming changes, we’ll focus on small, meaningful improvements tailored to your needs and preferences. These initial steps will serve as a foundation that we’ll revisit, refine, and build upon in future sessions as you gain confidence and momentum. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and empowered—with a clear plan that feels doable and aligned with your life.
