About
Nutrition is a pathway for awakening your love of life itself through getting to know, befriend, and truly love your own body. As unique as we all are, we each have a unique nutritional blueprint. As a Registered Dietitian and passionate advocate and life-long explorer, I discovered my own right relationship to food through years of trial, error, and education. I help you to chart your own course to excellent health, intuitive eating, and letting go of the complexes and issues relating to nurturing and giving to yourself through food.
Approach to Care
1:1 support is the key to truly embracing change in your life. instead of a cold and turnkey diet plan I offer intimate supportive guidance with deep intention and attention to you, uniquely. Depending on your unique nutritional goals, I work with you to create a bespoke container that aids you in achieving what you desire. The main goal of intuitive eating is to foster a healthy relationship with food, mind and body. This is a non-diet, behavior-focused, education-driven approach, meaning that the focus is not on your body weight, but instead on healing your relationship with food.

In our first session, we'll take a comprehensive look at your nutrition, health history, and daily routines to understand the full picture of your well-being. The conversation is guided but flexible, giving you space to share your experiences, challenges, and goals without pressure or judgment. Together, we'll create a clear, personalized starting point with practical steps you can begin right away.

Daneris earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Puerto Rico and her Masters of Science degree in Health Informatics from the University of South Florida.
Hobbies
I enjoy spending my time outdoors hiking and connecting with nature, as well as being with my kids, family, and friends. I also love reading, listening to music, podcasts and audiobooks, dancing, and exploring practices that support personal and spiritual growth.
