About

Cindy is a Registered Dietitian with a background in individualized client care and 1:1 nutrition counseling. Cindy has developed rapport with clients from all different backgrounds and diagnoses, with a specialization in eating disorders. Cindy's primary goal is to help clients foster a strong and sustainable relationship with food that meets both short-term and long-term goals.

Approach to Care

Cindy is a Registered Dietitian who provides an empathetic, trauma-informed, Health-At-Every-Size, and weight-inclusive approach to care. My highest priority is building rapport and obtaining trust to ensure that clients feel safe and ready to make changes towards their nutritional goals.

What to Expect

In our first session, clients can expect a non-judgemental and empathetic approach when asked to identify reasons for seeking nutritional counseling. Clients will be met with where they are at from a motivational standpoint. Clients will be validated for any thoughts, feelings, and/or concerns.
