I am a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist. My passion is helping people with diabetes and prediabetes exceed their nutrition goals!
Approach to Care
I will work with you to figure out how to best manage your diabetes. I am super down to earth and will use humor, honesty, and encouragement to support you on your journey.
What to Expect
In our first session, I will get to know you, what your life looks like, and what you hope to accomplish. I will help translate science into practical ideas that fit your life, give you some simple suggestions to get started, and answer any questions you may have. Together, we are going to rock this, my friend!

Christina earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics from the University of Akron.
Hobbies
As a former fitness instructor, I actually enjoy working out! And I absolutely love spending time with my husband and son!
