About

Chelsea is a Registered Dietitian with experience in clinical nutrition, community health, and individualized counseling. She began her dietetic career in public health programs supporting underserved populations, including nutrition education programs. She works with diverse client populations, with a primary focus on weight management, medical weight loss, disordered eating, performance nutrition, and pediatric/ adolescent nutrition. In addition to her clinical work, Chelsea owns and operates a smoothie café, reflecting her commitment to creating spaces that make nutrition practical and approachable within the community.

Approach to Care

Chelsea believes your nutrition should function as a meaningful form of self-care centered on nourishment and abundance, not restriction and guilt. She builds meaningful progress through individualized, collaborative strategies that integrate clinical expertise, evidence-based science, and compassion. Chelsea recognizes that each patient engages differently: some thrive with data, structure, and clear metrics, while others benefit from a more flexible, intuitive framework - so she adjusts her counseling style accordingly. No matter the approach, the core of her work is the belief that meaningful, lasting change begins with recognizing your own worth, allowing you to prioritize your health and move forward with clarity, confidence, and purpose.

What to Expect

Your first session is designed to get to know you, your goals, what you’ve tried in the past, and what worked (or didn’t). You'll discuss your current challenges, the pace and structure that suit you best, and decide how to track progress in a way that feels practical and manageable. Together, you'll identify a starting point that feels manageable and meaningful so you leave with a sense of clear direction, not overwhelm. Chelsea's goal is for you to walk away feeling empowered, capable, and proud of yourself for prioritizing your health.

When she’s not in session, you’ll likely find Chelsea lifting heavy in the gym, whipping up yummy recipes in her kitchen, exploring new restaurants or hiking trails, or crafting new ideas at her smoothie café.
