About

I'm a Registered Dietitian with 10 years of experience in community and clinical nutrition. My goal is to provide clients with the tools they need to achieve their unique goals. Together, we can work towards a specialized approach for success. I look forward to meeting you!

Approach to Care

My patient-centered approach is collaborative and goal-oriented. Together, we can identify strategies for success, using evidence-based research.

What to Expect

Our first session is an opportunity to share a lot of information about nutrition goals, history with food/health/wellness, and current trends, such as daily routine and potential barriers to success. I like to go through a checklist to make sure we do a well-rounded assessment, while leaving space for topics that may come up during the process.

Hobbies

In my free time, I love to cook and hiking/biking with the dogs. I enjoy trying new recipes, some healthier than others :), which help me stay connected to food. This year, I'm looking forward to exploring new trails and maybe starting an herb garden.
