About

Caitlyn is a Registered Dietitian with a passion for helping people build a balanced, sustainable relationship with food. She values supporting clients as they navigate real-life challenges, goals, and routines. Whether you're managing a chronic condition, looking to feel better in your body, or simply trying to make nutrition less overwhelming, Caitlyn is here to support you with empathy and evidence-based guidance.

Approach to Care

Caitlyn's approach to care is collaborative, supportive, and nonjudgmental. Nutrition isn't one-size-fits-all, so Caitlyn will work with you to create an ideal plan that will fit within your personal lifestyle, goals, and preferences. She draws from years of experience in the clinical field and utilizes evidence-based research to tailor recommendations to your needs.

What to Expect

During the initial session, Caitlyn will take the time to get to know you and your unique needs. She will ask you questions about your health history, eating patterns, routines, and what brought you to nutrition counseling. Most importantly, you'll talk about what you as the client hope to get out of these sessions. Caitlyn's goal is for you to feel heard, supported, and clear on next steps by the time the session ends. You don't need to prepare anything - just come as you are!
