About

I work with individuals across a variety of diagnoses, focusing not just on weight but on overall health outcomes. I have experience supporting patients with weight loss, bariatric surgery, and eating disorders, and I tailor care to meet each person’s unique needs and goals. My goal is for every person I work with to leave each session feeling better, more confident, and empowered in their journey.

Approach to Care

My approach is collaborative, positive, and rooted in an “all foods fit” philosophy, helping patients build a balanced and sustainable relationship with food. I focus on realistic goal setting and practical problem-solving, using empathy and encouragement to support progress over time. Patients can expect ongoing guidance and personalized strategies that evolve with their needs, creating lasting change.

What to Expect

In our first session, the focus is on getting to know you—your goals, medical history, nutrition habits, and also the deeper reasons behind why you eat the way you do. Nutrition is deeply personal, so this session will involve thoughtful questions in a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can feel comfortable sharing your experiences. By the end, we’ll identify a few small, realistic goals to help you get started and build momentum toward your larger goals.
