About
I’m a Registered Dietitian and functional medicine practitioner specializing in PCOS, fertility, hormone balance, and metabolic health. My work blends evidence-based nutrition with a compassionate, whole-person approach—because your labs, symptoms, lifestyle, and lived experience all matter. I also bring a deep personal understanding to this work, having navigated PCOS myself and gone on to have three children naturally. My goal is to help you feel informed, supported, and confident in your body again.
Approach to Care
My approach is collaborative, individualized, and rooted in education—not restriction. We focus on understanding why symptoms are happening and building sustainable strategies around nutrition, lifestyle, and targeted supplementation when appropriate. I prioritize blood sugar balance, hormone support, gut health, and stress resilience, while honoring your preferences, culture, and real life. You’ll never receive a one-size-fits-all plan or feel shamed around food.
What to Expect
Our first session is a deep dive. We’ll review your health history, symptoms, cycle patterns, nutrition habits, lifestyle factors, and any available lab work. You can expect thoughtful questions, clear explanations, and space to be heard. By the end of the visit, you’ll leave with practical next steps, personalized recommendations, and a plan that feels realistic—not overwhelming.

Education
I completed my Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Biology California Polytechnic State University (Cal Poly San Luis Obispo) in partnership with Miami Valley Hospital. Following my formal training as a Registered Dietitian, I pursued advanced certifications in herbalism with a special emphasis on women’s health, as well as additional training and certificates in functional medicine. My continuing education is focused on PCOS, fertility, hormone balance, metabolic health, and integrative approaches that support the whole person.
Hobbies
In my free time, I enjoy food photography, spending time in the kitchen developing nourishing recipes, and getting outside for walks and hikes. I’m also actively involved in volunteer work through my church, which is an important part of my life and community. These creative and grounding activities help keep me connected to balance, joy, and the values I bring into my work with clients.
