About
Brittany Payton RD, LD is a licensed registered dietitian with over 19 years of experience helping clients heal the root causes of chronic conditions like pre-diabetes, type 2 diabetes, hypertension, hormonal imbalances, inflammation, stubborn weight gain, and and digestive issues, and so much more by developing a healthy relationship with your body and food. Her approach to care changed forever when she found herself on the other side of the table—facing her own unresolved health issues. After being presented with surgery and lifelong medications as her only options, Brittany knew there had to be another way. That’s when she turned to food as medicine—and experienced firsthand the healing power of a root-cause approach. This personal transformation reshaped how she supports every client she serves as they find healing through nutrition. Today, Brittany empowers clients to move beyond quick fixes and restrictive diets. She combines clinical expertise, functional nutrition, and practical lifestyle strategies to help clients achieve sustainable, whole-body healing. If you’re ready to feel seen, supported, and truly understood in your health journey, Brittany would be honored to walk alongside you.
Approach to Care
My approach to client care is personalized, root-cause focused. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all plans, restrictive dieting, or quick fixes. Instead, I take the time to truly understand each client’s story—physically, emotionally, and spiritually—so we can uncover what’s really driving their symptoms, struggles, and habits. Using evidence based nutrition strategies, I help clients connect the dots between their lifestyle, labs, and long-standing health concerns. Together, we create a step-by-step plan that feels doable and empowering—not overwhelming. Whether we’re improving blood sugar, reducing inflammation, or rebuilding trust with food, I believe healing starts with education, partnership, and grace. Ultimately, I see myself not just as a provider, but as a guide and advocate—helping clients feel heard, equipped, and confident in their journey to lasting wellness.
What to Expect
In our first session, I’ll take the time to listen fully and compassionately to your story. This is a space where you can share the details of your health journey—your frustrations, concerns, and what outcomes you’re truly hoping for. I want to understand not just your symptoms, but how they’re affecting your daily life, your energy, your confidence, and your goals. From there, we’ll work together to identify the best place to start. We’ll begin crafting a personalized, practical plan that you can realistically carry out between this visit and our next. I’ll help you prioritize small but meaningful steps that fit your life—not someone else’s idea of what health should look like. You’ll leave our session with a sense of clarity, encouragement, and direction—knowing you’re not in this alone, and that you have a guide who’s committed to walking with you every step of the way toward lasting change.

Hobbies
When I’m not supporting clients, you’ll find me dancing, roller skating, or lifting weights—I love movement that keeps me strong and energized. I also enjoy experimenting in the kitchen and trying out new recipes. My greatest joy is spending time with my husband and daughter, who constantly test my skills during our competitive family game nights (UNO is serious business in our house!). We also share our home with two adorable, free-roaming bunny rabbits who keep life fun and unpredictable.
