Brittany understands that change takes time and she works with her client’s to find this balance in nutrition and daily movement. She wants to help her client’s establish daily patterns that ultimately create healthy habits for long-term success. Brittany believes there is no one perfect diet but she works with you to find the diet that is most sustainable and right for you and your health journey. Brittany loves to talk so please share all history and details so that you may work together to take one step closer to achieving your nutritional goals through individualized and evidence-based care.

Approach to Care

Brittany's passion for nutrition is deeply rooted in her desire for helping others understand and find balance in their nutrition and daily movement. Brittany works to cultivate a space during her sessions that is open in discussion, positive, and understanding. Brittany firmly believes in learning to give ourselves grace during challenging times in order to fully understand barriers and obstacles that may be impacting nutrition goals. Brittany believes that finding a balance in nutrition allows for making food enjoyable and celebrated while also being supportive of your individualized needs for long-lasting and sustainable lifestyle changes.

What to Expect

In your first session together, Brittany will spend time getting to know you and your personal health related goals by conducting a thorough nutrition assessment. The goal of session one is to gather information on nutrition habits, past barriers, medication/supplement use, medical history, lab work, and any other relevant information needed by the RD. Session one involves lots of questions to get to know you, so please take the time to ask any and all questions that you may have so that you and Brittany can continue learning from one another. After evaluating the initial information gathered, Brittany will collaboratively develop a plan of care with you that helps to best meet your individualized short and long-term goals towards healthy habits.
